Shipping policy

All orders are processed once payment is received. Non-custom items ship within 14 business days.  Custom items typically ship within 21 business days, while  Pre-orders and special orders will include an estimated shipping date at the time of purchase.

Please note that delivery timelines are estimates and may vary based on the shipping method, destination, and factors outside of our control. While we make every effort to ensure prompt delivery, exact arrival dates cannot be guaranteed.

Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number to follow its journey.
