Refund policy

We are committed to your satisfaction and want you to love your one-of-a-kind item(s). Please double-check your order details before finalizing your purchase. Because each custom piece is uniquely made, we are unable to accept refunds, exchanges, or changes once an order has been placed. Chapter and number pieces are consider custom.  All custom sales are final.

For non-custom items, exchanges are available within 7 days of purchase or delivery, provided they are unworn, clean, smoke-free, and in their original condition.  Buyer is responsible for return shipping cost.
